Runtal Flat Panell Will Changing Traditional HW Radiators To Flat Panel (Runtal VLX) Cause Boiler To Cycle More Often?

Will changing traditional HW radiators to flat panel (Runtal VLX) cause Boiler to cycle more often? - runtal flat panell

We envisage the replacement of a gravity HW system radiator heating, low-profile flat panel (Runtal) (we moved to a new boiler and is) a pump. My concern is that since a much smaller flat panel mass and volume of water, the boiler and the pump is on and off frequently. In general, anything mechanical, often cycle on and off more quickly exhausted.

We exchanged an old to a radiator plate and discovered that (despite the BTU output is assumed that the hall will be maintained by a representative of the Runtal.) The room was hot like never before with the masses of the radiator.

I'm looking for confirmation on the issue of plant life and the effective change of energy is also less definitive than the old system provided more weight (that the high efficiency boilers and furnaces for both).

  1. I think you need a person very familiar with HVAC systems, including hot water. This is a very detailed question, Runtal and HVAC contractors must be considered represented, too.
Are you sure that you can use the system panels flat on the severity of a HW? Can you mix and match? Can you design a high efficiency boiler and pump pipes for gravity hw?
